I have tried using 2022.1.2 as well as 2022.2 Preview 1. Video textures are still rendering solid white.
Edit: Even tried creating a brand new file IN 2022.2 Preview 1 - see attachments.

Thank you for reaching out, for Video textures please use the Video sample material from the Twinmotion library as this will be set up specifically for use with video files and should render correctly.
This will be located under Materials > Videos > Video sample and once applied please use Video > Open in the material to select your custom .avi, .wma, or .mp4 file.
