Anyone else seeing US4.25.1 geometry blinking?

Parts of CSG geometry sometimes ends up blinking on my system. Windows 10, recent patches, GeForce GTX 1080 Ti, latest “game ready” drivers 451.48, an Acer G-sync display.

Note that it seems intermittent in this video; that’s a sampling artifact because the desktop video capture is 60 fps but the editor runs faster than that. The actual blinking seems to be every other frame.
There’s also a possibly-related problem with texture warping at the same rate on CSG geometry.

Sometimes, the geometry even disappears entirely:

And it happens when I convert the CSG blocks to static geometry, too… I’m starting to wonder if this is some kind of hardware problem.

For a second I thought it was Z fighting with the level grid, but moving it down a bit still didn’t fix the blinking.
Other, more complex levels, don’t have this problem, so it has to be some kind of timing problem. Turning off G-sync doesn’t help, though.

Does the landscpe . Scratch that. Tessellation is on by default since .18 I think.
either disable it within the material. Which Should fix this.
or bump the z positive bound of the level up by 10 to 50.
50 if you expect a distance father than 1km to still be completely flat.

That normally fixes it.

Interesting! I’ll try that, thanks!
