Anybody know how to fix stuttering caused by the UDP messaging plugin?

i’m getting persistent stuttering issues every ~2s as long as i have this plugin installed. I’ve not got a vpn installed which is the centre of the usual proposed solution so i have no idea what’s going on. Please help me
