Anti-Aliasing Causing Grainy Shadows and Textures in Motion

When AA method is set to none in project settings, this problem no longer exists but the game looks more jagged without any method. The Anti-Aliasing is currently set to TSR but I have no preference so long as this is mitigated.

Lumen has been deactivated so the shadows look slightly better but any motion causes a grainy trail until stationary. Motion Blur is also disabled.

Any tips for this issue would be appreciated, thanks!
