Another user unable to render higher than 2K. Tiled render option unavailable - cannot enable it.

I am also having this problem. The issue is that I cannot enable 'Tiled Rendering' to allow produce renders larger than 1920 x 1024.

I can see the button, it's right there next to output size, width, height, but it is greyed out.

Also, in the drop down list of 'output size' button, only 2K and custom are available choices, the others also 'greyed out'.

All this is under the 'media > image > image# > format' area.

Am I in the wrong area to change the output size? Has Twinmotion deemed my hardware incapable of rendering higher than 2K and not even allowing the option?

Any help is most appreciated, of course.

Thank you for reaching out, please be aware that higher-resolution exports over 2k would not be available in the Trial version of Twinmotion so these options would not be applicable. Higher-resolution exports would be available in our commercial version of Twinmotion; please see our licensing page here for details: https://www.twinmotion.com/license

As far as I know I am not using a commercial version of Twinmotion 2022.2, and I am still able to export images higher than 2K.

I am also not using the educational version, which I assume are the versions that show 'EDU' in the title?

Hi HE is TOM,

From the screen shot provided, you will have the commercial version of Twinmotion that has been granted from having previously owned Twinmotion 2019. The EDU(Educational) and Trial versions will include EDU or Trial in their title, while versions listed as "Twinmotion 2022.2, Twinmotion 2022.1.2, etc." will be the commercial versions.
