I am trying to import animations to the UE skeleton so I can retarget it to my metahuman but whenever I import them it just keeps on saying “Mesh contains root bone as root but animation doesn’t contain the root track.” I have never had this issue before

When importing make sure the skeleton/bone names are the same in the program you’re exporting from and in UE. A lot of times they’ll be named slightly different and it can cause this exact error. I’ve saw it personally when exporting from Maya. I hope that this helps!
