animated camera too low causes clipping issue

Hey can anyone help me figure out why this might be happening. I’m animating a camera in a very large environment and for some reason when I go very low (in -z direction ) the camera gets all this strange clipping going on. anyone know what might be causing it? It only seems to be doing it in the preview window, but it is making it difficult to work .
