Android VR - Position Tracking?!

Hello everybody.

I have searched alot, but did not found a correct answer.
Maybe someone knows…

I would like to know if it’s possible, to build a Unreal VR game for Android with movement tracking / position tracking.
Means, when the person is walking, the character should also walk.
Is this possible?
I have read alot about ARCore and that it can track the persons position, but no real answer if it is available in Unreal right now or not - and if it’s really working or not. Right now (not in the future).

So is it possible, or not?

I mean only using a Android device and one of these VR-headsets.
Without a PC or Oculus Rift / HTC Vive.

I would be very happy about every answer.
