Hi guys I just upgraded my video card on my desktop and I think there is a bug with the launching the software where you have to make a selection on using blueprint or C++ anytime i move my mouse the screen flickers. This does not happen anywhere else on my system. Only in UE4. I am unable to work now. if there is a fix please let advise as soon as possible thank you.
