AMD GPU not working?

The link above to that question is relevant to this one, UE4 keeps crashing for me repeatly, so much it is not useable. From study, I have concluded that this is a GPU related error. AMD.

By default, it gives me that error on the question above, but then when I change the RHI to Vulcan, It crashes after the shaders finish compiling. I have tried to update my drivers as well. I am totally out of ideas for a solution.

Do AMD GPUs just suck for UE 4? If so, im gonna try to ditch this thing for an nvidia. Depending if there is no workable solution to get around this issue.

Little update: I tried the same level on my laptop that has an gtx 1060 and it crashed at the same exact point with the same error. No difference. So I guess it’s easy to rule out this issue is not specifically an AMD error.
