Ambient Occlusion not working on Lit mode

Hey there. So i’ve got a level with a post process volume, some directional lights and point lights. The problem is that i have Ambient Occlusion enabled and configured but its only shown on Ambient Occlusion view mode. What am I doing wrong?


AO might only show up in indirect lighting, does your scene have a skylight? Do you see the AO when the skylight is the only thing lighting the scene?

Hey! I added a skylight and increased the intensity of it and now it works! But the scene now is bright due to the skylight and I want to keep it dark while the AO is enabled. How can I do so?

I got that, but now the scene is bright because of the SkyLight and I want to make it so the ambient occlusion is enabled in dark scenes, how can i do that?

just lower the intensity of the skylight to how bright you want it.

nvm, lowering the pp exposure seems to work. Thanks anyways!
