Both spheres use the same material, but the object marked as dynamic doesn’t seem to get any ambient lighting so it looks completely out of place in the scene.
Can you not make dynamic objects receive ambient lighting in UE4?
what do you mean by ambient?
if it wouldnt the object would be pitch black in that area so its clearly getting light apart from the point light.
if you’re comparing dynamic lighting with static lighting well that’s just the way it looks, not great not terrible.
It is receiving it, but theres not much that is ambiently lighting that spot, like the back of the other sphere. Also, the volumetric lightmap has low precision, and will obviously not create GI or shadows from a dynamic object.
