Always in the ground?

Hi folk. I’m currently building a mine and tested part of it today in VR mode. For some odd reason my view always seems to be from ground level. So can anyone point me in the right direction as to where I can learn about setting things up properly so I’m at a better height? Linked with this is using the mouse. It kind of continually twists me sidewards. I’m sure the problem is just the fact that Ive not tested it in VR before, (not used VR much and certainly not in UE4), and therefore its not set up correctly. Also VR controllers (I have the Occulus Rift S and controllers), where can i find out how to set them up too. Thanks and sorry for all the questions.

Are you using set tracking origin (https://docs.unrealengine.com/en-US/…gin/index.html) to set it to where you VR runtime is tracking you from?
