AllowTurning stasis arg is set to false but player can turn (look away)

Summary

We put player is stasis for the duration of cinematic sequence, but they can look away and miss the event, despite being put in stasis with AllowTurning set to false

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Call PutInStasis on fort character and pass AllowTurning := false as one of the statis arguments.
  2. Start game.
  3. Use mouse to look left and right

Expected Result

Player in stasis should keep looking straight

Observed Result

Player looks in all directions

If turning means something different, please document, and then add parameters for looking
