When I set AllowStaticLighting False in the DefaultEngine.ini (through the editor or the .ini) the editor stops loading at 45% every time.
Setting it back to true lets the editor launch no problem.
Setting it back again to false causes it to stop loading at 45%
Could just be this project.

Can you post your DXDIAG here for me? I suspect that this may be a result of a known bug but I want to check reproduction on a system close to yours.
