I have noticed in all my Textures that they have a white border, I have tried many methods and it isnt working, i even tried the filters to see if it had any effect, i even tried having a tinted background with in my textures and still have the issue, this seems only to be in UE4 that is causing this issue as all my textures do not have the white borders but once i import them “dam” white borders, this is causing issues with some of my textures and the only work around would be to make sure i give 1 pixel space so they don’t get effected by the white borders

If a white border in the texture editor, then
Found the Issue for some Reason UE4 Wasn’t registering the Texture maps Properly and i just re-imported it, which seems to have fix it
mine is extended by 18 pixels
i solved the issue anyway was a import bug and just re-imported it
