Hi,
I have been working on building an architectural VR environment and for the most part it has been going well. it is my first foray into UE so lots of learning happening when things don’t work as expected. This issue though, has stumped me so I would like some guidance plz.
At some point in the last day all my textures have reduced in quality across the project. Difuse, normal, alpha everyone on every mesh. I have attache an example of a few of them.
I have read forums for the last day trying all the suggested posts around engine scalability, material preview, mipmaps etc.
When I open the material and then open each of the textures they reset and the mesh then looks good for a few seconds then it reverts to the level of detail as shown in the images. All my LOD settings are forced to 1.
I have tried removing the content and then reinstalling it and placing it again but I get the same result.
My level is not a complex one with just a house with a few blueprints to change things. I have tried to keep all my textures/materials very good quality and up until yesterday it was all looking great.
It seems the resolution of all the textures in my level are being forced to reduce but I haven’t been able to find the setting causing it.
