All textures are blurry after packaging the game for shipping

I have changed the default editor settings of Unreal Engine, so that the default filtering on all textures is set to “nearest”. I mainly develop games with pixelated textures, so it saves me a bunch of time and allows me to use more texture samples per material, but when I try to package the game, it all becomes a blurry mess.
