Summary
All in-island transaction offers on island 9201-0533-5751 fail with “This offer is not available — Error code: ModerationFailed.”
The offers previously worked, with the last successful purchase on September 1, 2026. No island update was published between the last successful purchase and the issue starting. Everything still works in UEFN Live Edit, but all offers fail in the published game.
I have received no ban or sanction notification, no warning, and no email explaining this issue. No related sanction is visible in my account. I need assistance investigating why all offers suddenly became unavailable and restoring their functionality.

Steps to Reproduce
Launch Fortnite and join the published island using code 9201-0533-5751.
Open the in-island shop.
Attempt to purchase any offer.
The “ModerationFailed” error appears.
Expected Result
Players can purchase the available offers and receive their associated in-island benefits.
Observed Result
Every offer displays “This offer is not available — Error code: ModerationFailed,” preventing all in-island purchases. The same offers work in UEFN Live Edit.
