Everytime you import an audio file to UEFN, its volume compared inside UEFN and externally is 4 times different, with UEFN being really silent. This doesnt happen in UE, only in UEFN.
WARNING: Fixing this may cause all audio in UEFN to be louder, DO NOT fix in older projects, only in new ones.
This has been an issue since day 1, and when importing ALL audio in UEFN, we need to make it 4 times louder so it can heard as it was intended.

Open an audio file outside UEFN and listen to it with 100% volume
Import to UEFN
Press play on the audio file to listen it
Expected Result
Audio plays in the same volume as the 100% volume audio file that was played externally

I completely understand your frustration.
Unfortunately it would not be a simple change and is not something that we are able to do at this time.
No worries, I totally understand. I even made a note that if fixed, it needs to only affect new experiences as it would otherwise break the ecosystem.
In the meantime, I would love a scripted action that creates a cue for selected audio and contains a modulator node set to pitch 1 min/max and volume min max at 4, that would at least help us make the process faster, as we are currently adding that node on dozens of audio files, and its very repetitive to do so instead of it just playing on the right volume like in UE.
