All weapon with scopes no longer function correctly, most of the left trigger aim does nothing.

Steps to Reproduce
take a sniper, or any weapon with scope and try aim. No scope
Expected Result
Scope aim, sniper zoom it etc..
Observed Result
no scope action is happen or cross show but no zoom etc..
