AI Patrol Path, is this a bug??

Summary

When my guards spawn on their patrol path they don’t move unless I get close enough as a player. I know this because on the map I do not see them move on my map. When I get in render distance the appear but no movement unless I get maybe 20 meters in range of them.

Steps to Reproduce

-Create guard spawner with initial values set to patrol path 1
-Patrol path 1 goes to patrol path 2 and stops
-Leash is in range of path from spawner

Expected Result

Guards spawn on game start at patrol path 1, they immediately start patrol on path 1

Observed Result

Guards spawn on game start at patrol path 1, they don’t move unless you get close enough to them.

I wasn’t sure if this is supposed to be the case just wanted to make sure I am not missing anything.
