Summary
I created a new Creator profile with the intention of creating an island. When I started setting up my team, an age verification window appeared. I completed the age verification process and received a confirmation that my verification had been submitted (image attached).
However, more than 7 days have passed, and my age verification is still pending. I would like to know why the process is taking so long and if there is anything I need to do on my end.
