After making changes to the input, Oculus Quest 2 controllers stop responding.
I added Reload input in input tab, to right and left controller, and remove from input axis mapping Movement Axis Right Y.
After this both controllers stop corresponding at all. If delete Input file from config folder and add manualy instert from another vr project config Input file with default value, all works good, but if making some changes, controllers stop work.
