Advanced mesh actor component LOD settings not configurable for optimization purposes

Summary

The mesh actor component has advanced LOD settings which remain hidden in the editor. These are needed for optimization purposes and should be exposed in order to not trigger validation errors.

Add any mesh component to an actor.

Expected Result

All settings from the following image should become visible in UEFN.

Observed Result

None of these settings are visible.
