Using one of the materials from the Automotive Materials pack
I want to add a decal and or change the albedo texture in one of these materials. But confused as to how I might accomplish this.
For one thing, when I double click any of these materials I don’t get a Material Blueprint window like I do when clicking any other materials such as in the Starter pack.
Those look like material instances rather than materials. If you find the parent material they were made from, you could probably duplicate that and then swap out the textures for the ones you want.
If you right click the material in the content browser it should give you the option to find the parent.
