Add lights under shady areas for daylight settings

Hi, I’m creating an architectural rendering using UE5 and am struggling to figure out how to illuminate this enclosed outdoor area in unreal. I tried playing with the directional light, post-process volume, and indirect light settings. Whenever I add rect lights or spotlights it doesn’t appear visible (despite cranking up the light intensity) when the scene is set during the day. Any suggestions?

Have you checked the light culling or affected light distance? It could be as simple as the light wont show because of a setting.

Usually lights disappear after a certain distance to save on memory.

Are you using the arch viz template or the sun sky actor? Try to reduce the directional light intensity to 10. By default it’s set to 75.000. Your light needs to be in a similar intensity to have any affect.
And set it to mobile if you don’t bake lighting.
