Actors Placement - It's Initial Location and Rotation suddenly Messed Up

Out of the blue I can’t place my actors as usual.
Usually each placed actor will appear in front of my view on the view editor. But this time it always shows way up in the sky. And the rotation is also wrong, for example : a wall becomes horizontal not vertical straight when placed.

I tried creating a new level, but still the problem persist.

I think this problem started when I export a mesh from Blender to UE using UE add on. But usually there’s no problem.
But since the last mesh I exported, this happened.

Addon: Send2ue ver 2.0.2
Blender 3.0.1 and 3.0.0
UE 5.0.1

Help. How to fix this?

Update:
I can confirm now it has something to do with the process of exporting.
After migrating all may assets to a new project, I can place the mesh as normal. But when I export the same mesh from Blender to UE again using the export add on, the problem reappear.

Update:
Now, the export from blender to UE is broken. Can’t export at all. Sometimes it just went quiet or sometimes it threw error: Can’t find UE instances.
