Fringe intensity + 0.0 Fringe Saturation and driving it through a timeline seemed like the perfect choice but as of 4.13 that is no longer an option, so how could this same “double-vision” effect be achieved, and have it be changed dynamically?
Bump, this shouldn’t be too difficult to pull off, its a videogame/movie staple of sorts. Maybe this is a bad approach but making two screen renders and offset them a little on the sides and do some sort of blending with the opacitys, only issue is I’m not quite sure on the screen rendering process.
I’m sure there’s an even better way though, does anybody have any ideas?
Why isn’t changing the Fringe Saturation through a timeline an option? I have a similar effect in a project right now, and I’m running 4.13.2.
okay well I’m on 4.13.1 and there is no such option, and as far as I had heard, that option was broke and not fixed.
Fix confirmed?
You’re right, Fringe Saturation seems to be gone. I’m doing this and it looks similar to what you’re after.
Edit: In this case, B is my standard value and A is the maximum “fainting-effect”
Ah, so you used just the regular saturation. I guess that’s the best alternative for the moment then, thank you.
