Accolade XP calibration remains active after removing all Accolade devices

Summary

My UEFN island GHOST ESCAPE remains stuck in “Undergoing final stage of Calibration. XP Rewards disabled during calibration” even though all Accolade devices have been completely removed from the project and a new clean public version has been published. Recent Game XP analytics show no new XP activations, but the old calibration status remains active.

Creator Portal

Steps to Reproduce

Open the GHOST ESCAPE project in UEFN.
Remove all Accolade devices and XP-related Accolade connections.
Verify that no Accolade/Mention devices remain in the project.
Publish a new public version of the island.
Open Creator Portal > Analytics > Gameplay > Game XP.
Select the most recent 1-day date range.
Game XP shows no new data or activations, but the project still displays “Undergoing final stage of Calibration. XP Rewards disabled during calibration.”

Expected Result

Since the current published version contains no Accolade devices and there are no new XP activations, the old Accolade calibration status should clear and the island should no longer remain stuck in XP calibration.

Observed Result

The island remains in the final stage of XP calibration. Historical Guard Elimination and Player Elimination Accolades still appear in analytics, even though they have been removed from the current project. The latest date range shows no new Game XP data.

Additional Notes

The Accolade devices “Guard Elimination” and “Player Elimination” were completely removed from the current UEFN project. I also removed the old XP elimination manager and verified that there are no Accolade/Mention devices remaining. The latest 1-day Game XP analytics show no new XP data or activations, but the island is still stuck in “Undergoing final stage of Calibration.” This calibration status is also affecting my ability to promote the island.
