Accolade device shows behind any custom widget is this a bug or not and can we change it ?

Summary

When the accolade shows on the ui its now behind any user widgets and you cannot see the award info

place a widget bp via hud device
center to the top
award a accolade

Expected Result

I thought this would always show infront of any widgets as its an epic device setting

Observed Result

Its hidden behind user widgets

With a widget enabled and visible:

As you can see its behind the widget i have created

Without the widget on the screen

If this isnt a bug i think a setting to adjust the location would be ideal

If this is intended please let me know ill change my ui layout and put a recommendation in just need to know as i always thought epic devices always took priority on screen
