Having the same issue. It seems to be happening on all of our maps that had accolades in them already, but adding accolades to an old map that never had any accolades seems to work fine.

The status of FORT-721532 incident has been moved from ‘Needs Triage’ to ‘Needs More Info’.

I believe this is fixed…at least it’s working now for me
