Summary

Deleted /MyprojectC/MyProjectC in file path by accident now i cant launch the session or publish the map. anyway of undoing this? thanks

Steps to Reproduce

  1. delete MyProject/MyprojectC in file path

Expected Result

  1. failure to load into a session from the unreal editior

Observed Result

error message and failure to launch session

When was the last time you used Check-In changes ?

i basically created a private version so i could test it with a friend and when i loaded into the game i was put into another mode which was a different map… i assumed if i just delete that mode i would load into the other map instead. i used check in changes yesterday after i messed up

Hello,

Unless you held down SHIFT while deleting things from your file path, the files are probably in your Recycle Bin and could be restored.

If its not in your recycle bin you should be able to revert a check-in from before you messed up
