Is it possible to access IDs of the mesh vertices in the Material Editor? Maybe through the Custom Node?
I’ve baked data into a texture, with the order matching the vertex IDs. Otherwise, I’ll have to assign specific uv coordinates to each vertex.

Same here. And this is the only thing I can find about it on the entire Internet, so I’m going to say that it’s currently impossible.
