I have authorized someone on my map to do something for me, but this person cannot access the map. An error message appears saying: ‘The conversion of this island is not allowed as you are not the original creator.’ I would like you to help me with this issue.

If you are trying to convert your Island into a Brand Island, the only person who can go through the process is the owner (you, in this case).
