About SMAA – Subpixel Morphological Antialiasing integration

when i visit SMAA-Subpixel-Morphological-Antialiasing-integration, i got the smaa files. but i dont know how to use them in ue4. And this files is it for ue4?

can anybody help?how to use smaa effect in ue4. the default taa looks blurry. especial in the vr glass, for example: htc vive and oculus. is bad than unity.
