A single bone does 360* rotation during the animation after imported to Unreal

In Blender and in Maya the animation looks good. There are no extra rotations on the bone, the animation curves look clean and soft. Yet when I import this fbx to Unreal I get this additional rotation out of nowhere. Has anybody experienced such an issue before?

Yes but its visible in all other programs too normally.

Remove all scaling from all bones. Its usually enough to stop it.
