How can I make my material I like this

That is not a material, that’s a texture.
You can create something like that by adding different monocrome pictures into different color channels within softwares such as Photoshop.
R, G, B and also the Alpha - A. You could therefore, in total put 4 different black/white pictures into one texture file.
