A bug has occurred since v39.30 where players cannot get off their bikes.

Summary

Since the v39.30 update, players are unable to get off the Sports Bike Spawner after mounting the bike.

This issue has been confirmed on PlayStation and Nintendo Switch.
The dismount action shows as “Unassigned”, making it impossible to get off the bike.

On PC, this issue does not occur.
Additionally, Dirt Bikes work normally, and players can mount and dismount without any problems.

As a result, the only option for affected players is to leave the match.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch Fortnite Creative or UEFN and start a match on the affected island.
  2. Use a Sports Bike Spawner to mount a sports bike.
  3. Attempt to dismount the bike using the assigned input.

Expected Result

The player should be able to dismount the sports bike normally when using the dismount input.

Observed Result

On PlayStation and Nintendo Switch, the dismount action is shown as “Unassigned” and the player is unable to get off the sports bike.
The issue does not occur on PC, and dirt bikes function normally.
As a result, affected players must leave the match.

FORT-1046106 has been created and its status is ‘Unconfirmed’. This is now in a queue to be reproduced and confirmed.

I couldn’t exit, switch seat when in a sports car after 39.30. Also tried to respawn and it took a very long time. I think this issue is not just for sport bikes but other vehicles too.

Players are also unable to change bike seats.

Hi,

Just tried Android and this happens as well.

Looks like this affects all consoles, probably Xbox.

PC uses different Fortnite system, to consoles, with UEFN so probably was not seen in testing
