5.8 Crash my computer

Summary

Hi everyone.Yesterday I installed version 5.8.when I created a new 3rd person project my system gave me this error.this happens when I want to create a new project.the only project that opens normally is Intro to Unreal.this opens and works normally.anything else crashes my computer.

Steps to Reproduce

I just open 5.8, create a project and at about 40% of the load the computer crashes.

Expected Result

It should work normally.

Observed Result

My computer is crashing.the error is in the photo.

hi @AGDigiArt ,

Looks like you have a DX12 shader problem follow the picture for going DX11 which wont have that problem.

This is for Fortnite/UE 5.8 for Fortnite but works a well in Epic Games Launcher. (EPGL)

You have to be running as Administrator for the first attempt.

Hello and thank you for your response.the problem was solved by simply upgrading my motherboard. I guess the new version needed something like that.
