[5.8.0] Objects scaling hardlocked in local space

Summary

I’ve run into the bug - can’t switch local scaling to world for anything, really. This switch works only till you scale something once, after that it’s locked and won’t switch anymore, sticking in “Local scaling” mode forever:

Steps to Reproduce

1)Create new empty map
2)Add objects → shapes → cube to the map.
3)Scale it once, in any mode (World, Local, Parent) using viewport gizmo (hotkey “R”)

Expected Result

In pre-5.8 versions of Unreal Editor it was possible to switch scaling modes at any moment on any object.

Observed Result

After single scaling action it’s not possible to switch between World, Local and Parent scaling modes, mode icon is locked forever in local space scaling, for any new object you try/add and all of the old objects, already present on the map.
