Since the Fortnite update 43.00, players can’t join my island “KleXi’s Halloween Party” (5049-6507-5084) on EU servers anymore. They get stuck on the loading screen. Right after the update, players could still join for a while, but now many players tell me that they can’t get in. When I switch my matchmaking region to another region, I can join without problems.

Steps to Reproduce
Set the matchmaking region to Europe.
Search for island 5049-6507-5084 and press Play.
The loading screen appears and does not finish.
Expected Result
The island loads and players can play, like before the update.
Observed Result
Players stay on the loading screen and can’t get into the island. With another matchmaking region, joining works.

Additional Notes
The problem started after the Fortnite update 43.00.
I tested it today (November 1, 2026) after restarting Fortnite: on Europe I got stuck on the loading screen, with another region I could join.
My Fortnite logs and DxDiag are sent to Epic staff on Discord.
Impact: Players in Europe can’t play my island, unless they switch to another region with a worse ping.
