I’m aware that may be by design, but I still find it highly impractical. What I do step by step:
- Create Actor class BP_Base.
- Create two children of BP_Base, let’s call them BP_Base1 and BP_Base2.
- Create Actor class BP_Test and editable variable with reference to a class BP_Base in it.
- Restart the editor for all assets to unload.
- Place BP_Test in a level and try to set a value in the variable.
List contains only BP_Base. BP_Base1 and BP_Base2 shows up only after reloading their assets. Is there some way to make them load automatically when opening the list? Or am I missing something? The same “bug” exists also in 4.17, haven’t checked older versions.
