In this version it should be posible to add parameters to UI Events, with UMG but this is not visible in the editor.

Steps to Reproduce
- Create a base user interface.
- Go to variables and create and event.
- You will notice that “parameters” is missing from the UI.
Expected Result
See the “Parameters” array and be able to change its values.
Observed Result
“Parameters” array is missing from the UI
