I don’t know, what exactly might be the problem here. It says something like “PostProcessMaterials should use the SceneTexture PostProcessInput0” - but there is none.
So, is this just a bug? Again, the same material is working like a charm in 4.8…
If you select the SceneTexture:SceneColor node and do to the details panel in the Material, you will see a dropdown selection that currently is set to SceneColor. Select that dropdown and one of the options is PostProcessInput0. Select that input and your Post Process Material will work again as expected.
Actually that is not correct, postprocessInput0 is something different. It is the final rendering with effects, tonemapping and gamma correction while Scene Color is a bare bone rendering which is very useful in a post processing material to do calculations with.
