4.9 No longer able to access DefaultValue for C++ DataStructure

It seems that I am no longer able to access my C++ data structure after updating to 4.9.
I’m not sure if anyone notice this. I just tried to create several new variable and several different data types and it’s the same.

I can do make/break on the blueprint normally but the default value on all property panel is no longer accessible.
Same goes for Data Table.

Note that this was working perfectly well in 4.8

I think that problem exists for all inheritance, not just C++. I hope they fix that for next release.
