[4.9.2] Decals no longer work in orthographic projections

It seems that decals have stopped working in orthographic projections. It doesn’t appear to necessarily be a camera problem, as the issue applies to both the game and the editor window.

After testing this issue I have determined that this is a bug. I have entered a ticket and it will be reviewed by our development team.

A bit of a hacky workaround I’ve found is to use a perspective camera with the Field of View set to its minimum value (5) and the camera distance set to a very high value. I’m using a springarm with a length of 17000. It’s a fair enough approximation of an ortho camera, but obviously it may not work for everyone.
