[4.7] Rendering performance in Debug/Development vs Shipping


We notice a frame rate drop between a debug/development package (Win64- 45 fps) and a shipped package (Win32 - 30 fps). This issue seems related to this Post. This state could be caused only by the transition from Win64 to Win32 ? What could be the others differences between these packages which could cause this issue (e.g. an error with the parameters used for the package creation) ?
It seems totally illogical to have an optimized version which runs slower than a debug/development version.


I am facing this issue in 4.25 - did you found the issue?
