4.26 Water system changes height when packaged for game, or run as stand alone game

I’m using a Water Body Custom and when I package the game, or run it as a stand alone game the water body isn’t at the right height. When I’m previewing in the editor everything looks as intended and same when I simulate it.

Here’s the expected height of the water in the editor:

and here’s the water level when I package the app, or run as a stand alone game:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
