4.26 Raytraced Shadows on HISM

I’m seeing splotches when using raytraced shadows on any of my objects using Hierarchical instance static meshes once it transitions from the main LOD. Kind of looks like the new LOD isn’t being used as part of the raytraced shadows and it’s getting self shadow artifacts but can’t quite tell. Attached image shows the splotches on the left instance (LOD 1) and correct on right (LOD 0)

Same behaviour in 4.25 as well, and with different materials and meshes (easier to see on some), works fine if they are just regular instances. Is there something I’ve missed setting or does it just not work properly yet with raytraced shadows?
